The Valley Alcohol Safety Action Program is accepting applications for the following positions. Please submit a County Application to the Augusta County Personnel Office located at 18 Government Center Lane, Verona, VA. Applications can be downloaded from the County website at www.co.augusta.va.us. Applications need to be in the Personnel Office no later than 1:00pm Monday August 10, 2009.
Case Management Technician - Full time with benefits - $30,000 annually
The Case Management Technician is responsible to provide assistance to Case Management staff in the performance of their duties and to complete any tasks assigned by Case Manager or the Executive Director. Assists Case Managers in the preparation of paperwork for local courts, judges, police officers and lawyers. Assists Case Manager provide services to the local courts. Assists Case Managers with group orientations, group intakes and any other tasks necessary to facilitate tracking of offenders. Assists with initial processing of offenders into program. Reports directly to the Executive Director.
Instructors for Driver Improvement - Part time - Hourly
Instructors are responsible for teaching, giving demonstrations, and supervising clients undergoing mandatory or voluntary driver improvement training.
